Pure Silk Lacy Scarf

I saved this one for finishing in May as it's green (Project Spectrum's colour of the month).

Shown here, with Toledo from Rowan 37 which I knitted last year, it's Debbie Bliss's Lacy Scarf from the Pure Silk Collection knitted in, of course, DB Pure Silk. A very quick and easy knit that takes only two skeins and the perfect light and skinny scarf for the summer.

Very smart. That silk looks like one for the list.

Ooo that's gorgeous. I love the colour and the yarn looks like it would be divine to the touch.

Lovely lovely scarf, and I like the delicate shade of green. I've seen a few items knitted in the Pure Silk now and it always looks very classy.

I love the top it is being modelled on too!

One thing I keep meaning to ask - where did you source the dress form from? I tried to find those, and the heads to model hats, but had no luck with Google for once!

Thanks for the compliments on the scarf (and Toledo). The DB silk is really gorgeous. Dreamcatcher, I got my dress form at John Lewis in London. I know that places like C&H Fabrics sell them, too, but I thought the John Lewis one looked better quality.

Like you say, the perfect summer scarf. How lovely to have Pure Silk wrapped around your neck.

Lovely scarf and top! DB Pure Silk is so elegant - I can just imagine how nice a scarf made out of it must feel to wear.
